Epoxy Floor

Varieties: There are many colors and levels of glossiness from satin to high-gloss to choose from. Garage floor paint can be water based, acrylic, latex, or even rubber.
Pricing: The average price range per gallon of paint is $20-$40.
Advantages: Painting your garage floor prevents dust forming from the concrete, creates a clean and finished look, and creates an easy to clean surface.
Disadvantages: Some lower quality paints are likely to peel off over time.

Advantages: Epoxy is more durable than paint so you won’t have to re-cover your garage as often. It is very effective at resisting chemicals, oil, and grease.
Disadvantages: It may make the garage more slippery than bare concrete.

-Garage Floor Tiles-
Varieties: Tiles usually come in interlocking sections or with a peel and stick backing.
Pricing: Covering a single car garage in tiles can cost between $200-$500.
Advantages: Tiles are easy to clean and long lasting which often makes them worth the initial cost.
Disadvantages: Installation for the peel and stick variety require that the floor underneath is completely clean in order for them to stay stuck. Interlocking tiles may move around if not properly installed.
